THE CRYING STONE
In a
small village,the girl lives with her mother.She is very her beautiful.Everyday she put make up and
wears her best clothes.But,she doesn’t like to help her mother work in a
field.She is very lazy.
One
day her mother asks her to accompany to go to
market to buy some fruit.At first,she refuse.But,her mother persuade her
by saying they are going to buy new clothes.The girl finally agree.But,she ask
her mother to walk behind her.She doesn’t want to walk side by side with her
mother.Although her mother is very sad,but
she agree to walk behind her mother.
On the way to the market everyone admires the girl’s beauty.But,they also curios behind he beautiful girl there is
an old woman with simple dress.The girl and her mother look very different
“Hello,pretty
lady.Who is the woman behind you?” ask them
“She
is my servant” answer the girl
Her
mother is very sad but she doesn’t say anything.Then,the girl and her mother
meet other people.Again they ask who is
the woman behind the beautiful girl.And again she answer that her mother is her
servant.
At
last her mother cannot hold the pain anymore.Her mother prays to god to punish
her mother.God answer her prayer.Slowly,the girl leg turns into stone.The
process continue upper the part of the girl’s body.The girl is very panicky. “Mother,please
forgive me” she cries and ask her mother to ask her. But,it’s too late.Her
whole body becomea a big stone.Until now people stil see the tears of falling
down the stone.Then,they call it the crying stone.
